How to wake up fresh early in the morning

How are you feeling today ? Did you get that time to check in with yourself ? Well now you do ! If your dosha’s are out of balance then you will experience difficulty in waking up early.

Try making your diet as alkaline as possible maintaining the right micro and macro nutrients. Everybody’s body is different so listen to your body and work with a nutritionist if required to get the results you need. Now, every human body needs around 6-8 hours of sleep. You can tell me your friend sleeps for 5 hours however, that is not an ideal state to be in. I do understand life kicks in at times and you need to sleep less. Best is to follow the cycle of nature. So sleep early and wake up early and get enough rest. Now, this is something I experienced early on when I started waking up early. I started to feel tired around 11 amish when I woke up at around 5:30am. So, then I realised my body is lacking some nutrients to keep me functioning effectively throughout the day. I started muscle training and changing my diet to include good proteins, omega 3 fats and the right amount of nutrients. Now, everything in life needs consistency. So if you say I tried this but, I still can’t wake up early then let me tell you, you didn’t try it enough. Follow it for at least 40 days. They say what you follow for 40 days becomes a habit.Not only could I wake up early but, I had the strength to go through the day.
