Drop-in sessions include single yoga sessions. The pranayama’s (breathing exercises), asanas (yoga exercises) and meditations would be designed and sequenced keeping the individual’s age, knowledge of yoga, fitness and diet in mind. Drop-in sessions are a wonderful gift you can give yourself on your road to a healthier body and a calmer mind.
